EMDR Basic Training
Part One & Part Two
Are you a mental health professional wanting to learn EMDR Therapy?
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful psychological treatment that has been used effectively for over 30 years in a variety of clinical settings with many different types of psychological distress.
EMDR therapy requires advanced clinical knowledge, skills and experience on the part of the practitioner in order to maintain high treatment fidelity and safety for clients. A mental health educational and clinical background is a prerequisite for undertaking EMDR therapy training. Completing the training allows you to become a member of the EMDRAA and/or EMDRNZ Associations.
Vania Miteva and Dr Leisa Davina provide a Basic Training Program, accredited by EMDR Associations of Australia (EMDRAA) and New Zealand (EMDRNZ). Our training is the only one that provides all components of the full Basic Training, namely 20 hours of didactic, 20 hours of practicum and 10 hours of consultation, at no additional or hidden costs.
We encourage mental health professionals to join the world of this transformative therapy and register for our training. For details about the training dates provided by Dr Leisa Davina, please visit her website Training - Dr Leisa Davina
